I have been here quite often and amazingly never wrote a review!! It is our family's favorite coffee shop in Cupertino (along with Voyager). They have the best espresso tonic and we all come here for our favorite drink. They make their own tonic water which gives that wonderful kick to the drink. The setting is interesting and a Heaven for Manga lovers!!!

Walked here from the Cupertino library after returning some books. There is parking here too. Really busy on a Saturday morning. The place itself is homey, cozy but a bit on the same side. I would not come here for a date or a hang. okay for studying or self work. One unisex restroom in the back. Plenty of drinks and some unique items as well such a red velvet latte. I got a black sesame latte with milk substitute and a Vietnamese coffee for my husband - to go. They don't take your name or give you a receipt - No caps given as well. They are all in the back by the restrooms. My black sesame was good but wish there was more black sesame flavor. My husband loves his Vietnamese coffee but obviously not as good as Viet - town. Would return.

I got the frozen toffee drink which I didn't see on the menu but from Yelp and it was delicious! Not too sweet and had a great frozen blended texture. Getting the drink was super fast as well! Inside it is more of a fun chill hangout spot with all the cute decoration ranging from anime, Pokémon, etc. it's nice that they have some board/card games as well as some arcade games! Will definitely try out some of their food next time!

Bittersweet is a cute small coffee shop with indoor & outdoor seating. The baristas are always friendly and welcoming. They have creative coffee options and all of the coffees and matcha variations here I have tried have been delightful. I love how customizable the drinks are here.
